Habits
of sucessful people
I have studied several successful people and they all seem to
agree on
a few key points.
Everything happens for a reason and you need to pay attention to that
reason.
They all keep todo lists
They have a goals list
They believe that The universe and everything that happens in it is
there to benefit them and they learn from it
They try different strategies for success and look to the results or
the outcomes and never consider themselves failures
They modify their strategy until it acheives their desired result.
You have to desire success and you have to know what you want
Habits equals your income
They have all at one time or another written down everything that they
want out of life
and set a time frame to achieve each thing on the list
You can never fail unless you stop trying to succeed as long as you
keep trying new strategies you have not failed yet.
It is the journey that is success. No two people will
describe success in exactly the same way.
But nearly everyone will agree that failure is the inablity to reach
your goals.
The only way you can fail is to give up.
Sucessful people believe certain things.
I'm going to be rich. I have the vision and I have the
ability. Noone can stop me. I can picture in my mind what I will
feel like when I am successful. I can see the type of woman I
will be with. I can see the type of house I will live in
I can see the type of car I will drive I can see the type of people I
will surround myself with.
See what your future will be like. When you get a true vision
of what you really want then you will have a much
easier time figuring out how to get it.
Many keep a tape recorder or Note pad by their bed and write down ideas
that occur to them just as they are
falling asleep. A good way to make sure that you actually
write it down is to get a metal pie plate or
large speaker cone and some marbles or even some smooth rocks the idea
is this three or four times each night
that you decide to do this you put three marbles in a bowl and one in
your hand lie back in a recliner or in
bed and let your arm rest so that your hand is above the pan then relax
and think about your goals or just let
your mind wander. While you are doing this hold the rock or
marble loosely in your hand so that you are not
concentrating on holding it but just letting your mind
wander. What this does is make sure that you are less
likely to fall asleep while you are brainstorming and letting your
creative mind work on a solution for your
problem. This way if you do happen to fall asleep while you
are brainstorming your muscles will relax and the
rock will hit the metal pan and wake you up so that you can record your
ideas before you fall asleep. The
Reason for the four rocks is that you don't want to have to occupy your
mind with keeping track of the
mundane task of counting how many times you have done this.
I heard that this is what Albert Einstein and several other peoply used
to do to expand their minds and usually
with similarly amazing results.
I have read nearly every major book published about how to achieve
success. There are many Books, Authors and Tapes
that have inspired me to keep trying and never give up no matter what
the last outcome of my efforts have been.
I can't say that any one of them has been my sole or major inspiration
or that one method is especially superior to
all the rest
Each of these people I have paid to help me be successful be it by
buying a book that they wrote or buying a comprehensive tape set or
attending a seminar where they were speaking. They have helped to give
me the ideas
and strategies that I am passing on to you right now for
free.
Yes I have spent all the money on all these books and tapes over
several years and each one I have listed
was worth the money I spent on them. Some of them are out of
print but I have listed them anyway and I will
eventually try to provide links on this site to the ones that aren't
out of print.
