This site is a Christian Faith based site. The ideas presented here are based on the idea that God is in charge of all things and is therefore directly approachable about the situations you face in life. However at this time most topics are based on common sense and have no scriptural reference. This site is undergoing a major overhaul to be more helpful to fathers in all areas of life in general although our first priority will continue be aimed toward helping fathers who need to find legal help, help figuring out how to make some extra income, or even a just a sympathetic ear from someone else with similar problems.

Purpose

The purpose of this website is to address the needs of fathers in America. It will continue to be designed to help parents and will eventually include several links to outside sites and pages. The primary function of this project is to attempt to help noncustodial parents become a meaningful part of their childrens lives and to help those who have for one reason or another fallen behind in child support payments to figure out their options and help them find creative solutions to their problems and the problems of fathers in general in America. Now while the name of this site is help for fathers this in no way means that mothers cannot use this same helpful information to improve their quality of life. However due to staff limitations much of the topical information is written from a male perspective. Help for Fathers does not promote or condone violence or discrimination.

Anyone wanting to donate any helpful advice, graphics or time in helping to develop this site can apply to webmaster@helpforfathers.com. Any graphics you submit must either be your original work or public domain graphics. No copyrighted material may be used without the permission of the copyright holder. If you are unsure, it is likely that it is copyrighted. So unless it is your personal work or you know for a fact it is public domain with no restrictions whatsoever it is probably best not to send it in.
